A. Make sure that location services are enabled for PUMATRAC in your device settings. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and ensure PUMATRAC is set to 'While Using the App.'

B. Try using the app in an open area with a clear view of the sky to improve GPS signal reception. Avoid using the app indoors or in areas with poor signal.
