A. Uninstall and reinstall the app. This can resolve issues caused by corrupted files. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > YOU BRD > Uninstall, then download it again from the Google Play Store.

B. Check for device storage issues. Go to Settings > Storage and ensure you have enough free space. If storage is low, delete unnecessary files or apps.
