A. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version. Check for updates in the Google Play Store and install them if available.

B. Clear the app cache and data in your device settings. Go to Settings > Apps > FamilyAlbum > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. This can resolve many performance issues.
