A. 1. Restart the Stick by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This can often resolve temporary glitches. 2. Check for any software updates for the Stick. Go to Settings > Device > About > Check for Updates.
B. 3. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. Go to Settings > Device > Reset to Factory Defaults. Note that this will erase all settings and data.
